MediHerb Gluco Complex provides chromium, Gymnema extract, zinc and B-group vitamins in tablet form to assist glucose metabolism and energy production.

Dosage
Adults: 1 tablet only, 2–3 times daily with meals. Do not exceed this dosage.

Cautions & Contraindications
Contains vitamin B6; stop use and seek care if tingling, burning or numbness occurs. Contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses; adult supplemental intake should not exceed 150 micrograms per day. Contains zinc, which may be dangerous in large amounts or long-term use. Use particular care if taking insulin or oral hypoglycaemic drugs; monitor under professional supervision. Separate doses from tetracycline, quinolone/fluoroquinolone antibiotics or bisphosphonates by at least 2 hours. Nicotinic acid may cause temporary flushing; start low and build up over 3–4 weeks in sensitive individuals. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia. If symptoms persist, seek professional advice.

Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone.
Allergen Information
No added gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, egg, sesame seeds, artificial sweeteners, colours or flavours. Suitable for vegans.
